LBCC Microbusiness Explore, Commit and Launch

Explore your business idea or learn to develop an existing business plan in classes held through the Small Business Development Center at Linn Benton Community College.

The class Microbusiness Explore will help you look at the possibility of starting your own business including discussions with expert speakers on topics vital to business start-up.

A free orientation will be held Monday, April 1 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in LBCC’s Calapooia Center, CC-203, 6500 Pacific Blvd. SW, Albany.  This 11-week class will meet Tuesdays from 6 to 9 p.m. beginning April 2. Cost for this non-credit class is $349.

The class Microbusiness Commit will focus on writing your business plan.  This six-week class will meet Tuesdays from 6 to 9 p.m. beginning April 30 in LBCC’s Forum building, F-202. Cost for this non-credit class is $149.  Class requires that you take Microbusiness Explore.

The class Microbusiness Launch is an instructor-led, peer-support group discussing relevant topics including marketing niche, technology and learning to sell. Class meets April 16, May 21 and June 18 from 6 to 9 p.m. in LBCC’s Calapooia Center, CC-211. Cost for this non-credit class is $69.
