LBCC Professional Development Class "Supervising Your Friends"


The professional development class “Supervising Your Friends: The Challenge of Moving From Peer to Manager” will be held Thursday, Sept. 20 from 8 a.m. to noon at Linn-Benton Community College, 6500 Pacific Blvd. SW, Albany.

Explore skills required to be effective as a supervisor, including identifying common mistakes and assessing your confidence when it comes to managing former peers. Learn ways to motivate, prioritize and delegate.
