LBCC Offers Cake Decorating Class
Learn the art of decorating a cake in the class Cake Decorating offered through LBCC Albany Community Education winter term.
Learn some simple techniques to accomplish professional looking results using butter cream and royal icing. This nine-week class will meet on Mondays from 6:30 to 8:20 p.m. at the Albany Senior Center, 489 Water Ave NW. The first class was held Jan. 9, but there is still space available.
Cost for this non-credit class is $63 with a $7 lab fee. Oregon residents aged 62 or older pay 75 percent of tuition. This discount does not apply to material or lab fees.
