LBCC Turning Point Transitions Class

Have you recently experienced a major life change? The Turning Point Transitions program at Linn-Benton Community College may be able to help.

LBCC’s Turning Point Transitions is a free program designed for single parents, displaced homemakers, dislocated workers, and others who are experiencing major life transitions. Participants receive three LBCC credits.

Participants learn to build self-confidence, raise self-esteem, explore anger, manage stress, identify values and set healthy boundaries. In addition, this four-week class covers goal setting, skills identification, effective resume building and job interviewing techniques.
