LBCC Hosts Disney Institute Approach to Business Excellence Program

Linn-Benton Community College and the Corvallis Clinic will host the Disney Institute professional development program on Wednesday, Sept. 22 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at LBCC’s Albany campus.
The Disney Institute’s renowned professional development program, Disney's Approach to Business Excellence, is designed to give business professionals the opportunity to “Experience the Business Behind the Magic” and learn how to implement more than 80 years of time-tested business principles in their own organizations.
Disney Institute participants will learn the Disney proven, world-class approach to cultural management and its methodology in content areas known to create business success including: leadership excellence; people management; quality service; brand loyalty; and inspiring creativity.
